Why Low Temperature Vat Pasteurization?

Low Temperature Vat Pasteurization eliminates harmful bacteria leaving valuable enzymes untouched.  It also brings out the milk’s naturally sweet taste.  The milk is heated to 145 degrees Fahrenheit and held at that temperature for 30 minutes.  Our pasteurizer is the tank on the right it can handle 100 gallons at a time.
